Quick Pay

Quick pay is an easy way for anyone to put money on a BYU Signature ID Card. It's easy, safe, and fast! Just follow the instructions and the money is immediately added to the BYU Signature Card account.

 • Signature Card accounts are NOT authorized for "Tuition and Fees" payments at any BYU Cashier locations, including One Stop. "Tuition and Fees" include class fees, health center fees and insurance, traffic and parking fees, and bus passes.

1. Click to open the Quick Pay secure webpage (opens in new browser).

2. Select 'BYU ID Number' or 'Social Security Number'.

3. Enter the 9 digit ID or SS number.

4. Select the amount you would like to deposit.

  • There is a $5 minimum

5. Enter your email address (we will email you a confirmation code).

  • We must have a valid email address for receipt confirmation

6. Enter your credit card information.

  • The Expiration must be in mm/yy format (01/12 for Jan 2012)
  • The Address must match the credit card billing address

7. Click the Complete button at the bottom of the page.

8. Send the Signature Card holder an email letting them know you've

added funds to their card or keep your gift anonymous.

 

Route Y Deposits for Students, Faculty, and Staff

Students, Staff, and Faculty can add money to their Signature ID Cards online thru Route Y.

1. Sign in to Route Y from the BYU home page, byu.edu

2. Select the Signature Card & Meal Plans Link from the Route Y Miscellaneous Menu.

3. Select Deposit from the Navigate menu on the left of the Signature Card page.

4. Enter your deposit amount, email address, and credit card information (See example above).

  • We must have a valid email address for receipt confirmation
  • The Credit Card Expiration must be in mm/yy format (01/12 for Jan 2012)
  • The Address must match the credit card billing address

5. Click on the Save This Information box if you would like to have your encrypted credit card information saved for your next deposit.

6. Click on the Complete button at the bottom of the page.
