University Roles

The preferred name is intended to be a less formal name by which you are commonly known. If the ID Center determines your preferred name is silly or inappropriate you will not be issued an ID card until you have changed your preferred name. Changing an inappropriate preferred name takes one business day and will incur a $10 re-printing fee.
